A NEW STEP TAKEN TO ENSURE UNIFORMITY OF PRACTICE IN LEGAL SERVICES

The “Legal Services Staff Information and Consultation Meeting”—organized to ensure uniformity of practice between the Legal Consultancy of our Directorate General and the legal services of our regional directorates—has commenced. The opening session of the meeting, which will take place between 10–12 November 2025, was attended by Mr. Muharrem Eliş, Director General of Legal Services at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Mr. Erkan Ömeroğlu, Deputy Director General.
Within the scope of the meeting, trainings are being delivered on rental law, zoning legislation, civil servant disciplinary procedures, and waqf-related litigation. This comprehensive training program aims to enhance the efficiency of our legal services and ensure consistency in their implementation.
